We use a multi-step process: essays, aptitude and attitude tests, culture-fit interviews, and underprivileged verification to ensure opportunities go to those who need them most.
What career do apprentices move into?
Mostly in technology and finance, software engineering, data, and non-tech roles in multinationals with salaries starting at โน50,000+ per month.
