𝗔 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Xcelevate Skills Foundation hosted an inspiring Industry Engagement Event that brought together learners, partners for an interactive and reflective experience.

The day started with a lively role-play challenge, where two teams presented real workplace scenarios on effective communication and mindfulness & productivity. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, making the event not just a challenge but a culmination of weeks of preparation, growth, and teamwork.

After thoughtful deliberation by the jury formed with industry leaders, 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝟭 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲, 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 ₹𝟰,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲.

The event wrapped up with conversation over dinner, where industry leaders engaged with our apprentices. The apprentices had thought-provoking discussions, asked curious questions, shared aspirations, and built meaningful professional connections.

During the closing ceremony post dinner, 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.
